I contacted the seller before and after purchasing my phone. Their response was very fast. The shipping time was slow, but that wasn't their fault. The phone works right out of the box. If you have Consumer Cellular, it works perfectly. This is the international version with larger storage, better video quality, and it's unlocked. The phone comes with a different cable than usual, but if you have a Motorola, the charger and cable work with this Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. The phone is NEW.

Received the charge wire only. Fortunately I read about this new policy and was able to find a charger before phone arrived. No charger=no phone.The mailing period was long. I was without a phone for the entire time. Poor instructions came with it small print,etc. hardly any help. The phone still isn't useable because of so many caveats with service providers, Google, etc. It's been a nightmare that is continuing. The on button is too recessed, hard to use. I have admit so far I'm disappointed.

It is stated in our product description what's included in the box. Unfortunately, since 2021 Samsung does not include chargers in their Series A anymore. Transit times were long because the item was purchased with two major holidays in between, (Christmas, New Year.) USPS takes a break during those two holidays.

So far really glad I went with this seller and product. I was not a big fan of the white and black buds look, so finding this was great. Item shipped and arrived very quickly, and as described.
